Miriam Judith Rodriguez, 33, of High Street, East Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny; third-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 9:55 p.m.She will appear in court Nov. 19.

Jessica Annette Pennington, 37, of Timothy Road, East Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing; sixth-degree larceny; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and possession of a controlled substance at 5:21 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 19.

Nov. 11

Judy Torres, 58, of Cheshire Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 4:10 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 20.

Nov. 12

Edward J. Elmore, 60, of Comstock Place, East Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny; illegal taking of a payment card; five counts of spending more than $500 with a revoked payment card; third-degree identity theft; two counts of receipt of an illegally used credit card at 1:55 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.

Nov. 13

David A. Brown, 41, of French Street, Bristol, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order at 11:59 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 14.

Jessica Josefina Hubina, 29, of Inwood Lane, Bristol, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order at 11:59 P.M. She was to appear in court Nov. 14.
