Oct. 17

Liza J. Zanderigo, 31, of Babbling Brook Road, Torrington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:32 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 17.

Jose Luis Delgado, 49, of Otis Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; first-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 18.

Isaac Obed DeJesus, 24, of Gaylord Street, Bristol, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 3:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 22.

Oct. 18

Brandon Santana, 26, of Walker Road, New Britain, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief; first-degree larceny; second-degree criminal trover; and larceny of a motor vehicle at 9:50 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 18.

Christopher Luis Morales, 26, of Maloney Avenue, Meriden, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 6:59 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 29.

Oct. 19

Israel A. Colon, 27, of Norwich Street, Stratford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief; second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; and threatening at 10:36 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 21.

Ryan Anthony Gorman, 52, of Hatters Lane, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 1:07 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 21.

Oct. 21

Kevin Daniel Ortiz-Rivera, 22, of Collins Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; first-degree criminal mischief; conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny' ; larceny of a motor vehicle; and conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 21.

Shaquel Anthony Brooks, 31, of East Wolcott Avenue, Windsor, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:45 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 30.

Oct. 23

Latasha Michelle White, 36, of Farm Drive, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child at 6:15 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 24.
