Farmington Police Logs: Sept. 16 to Sept. 22, 2026

FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Sept. 16 to Sept. 22, 2026, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

Sept. 17

Brandon Lee Freeman, 45, of Henry Street, Windsor, was charged with failure to appear in court (two counts) at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 17.

Sept. 18

Adrian Randy Cardona, 28, of Fraizer Avenue, Middletown, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, fifth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, at assault of a public safety officer at 5:21 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 21.

Sept. 19

Osvaldo Emilio Vellon, 27, of Sumner Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, failure to comply with fingerprinting requirements, and disorderly conduct at 10:19 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 21.

Wilmar Roblero, 24, of Bond Street, Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a license, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and possession of a controlled substance at 10:10 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 5.

Sept. 20

Thomas Pham, 32, of Seminary Street, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive on the right, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 2:18 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 5.

Sept. 22

Marysol Caraballo, 58, of Park Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:25 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 6.
