Leequon T. Benford, 35, Wood Bend Drive, Stone Mountain, Ga., was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7:05 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 27.
Sept. 21

Eduardo Mercado, 22, of Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, was charged with first-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny; operating a motor vehicle without a license; larceny of a motor vehicle; conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle; second-degree criminal mischief; conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief; and two counts of conspiracy to commit payment card theft; at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 21. Sept. 22
Brittany Christina Jackson, 25, of Garden Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 5:03 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 4.
Sept. 23
Parris Ayanna Weaver-Bey, 33, of Bari Lane, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:30 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 25.
Camdin Joe Weiner, 18, of Cedar Ridge Drive, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive on the right; driving under the influence for someone less than 21; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and operating under the influence with a passenger under the age of 18 at 4:40 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 4.
Sept. 26
Samantha L. Brandi, 37, of Morris Avenue, Bristol, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 8:03 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 3.
Sept. 28
Kelier Santos-Carrero, 28, of Broad Street, Hartford, was charged with speeding and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:28 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 4.
