FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Sept. 28 - Oct. 2, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

Sept. 28

Joseph Paul Gormley, 23, of South Main Street, Burlington, was charged with improper turns and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:12 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 9.

Shawn Cyr, 52, of Beechwood Lane, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 8:38 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 9.

Justin C. Primus, 42, of Laird Drive, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:01 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 9.

Luis Sanchez, 42, of Asylum Avenue, Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny at 1:52 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 8.

Keira Chrishan Williams, 26, of Gayridge Road, Waterbury, was charged with failure to insure a private motor vehicle and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:22 a.m. She will appear in court Oct. 9.

Frankie Yariel Almodovar-Roman, 23, of West Boulevard, Hartford, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary; two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; two counts of first-degree criminal mischief; two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; fourth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny; larceny of a motor vehicle; conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle; fifth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 10:31 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 2.

Isaiah McArthur, 22, of Rainwood Road, Waterbury, was charged with first-degree violation of a conditional release; sixth-degree larceny; second-degree breach of peace; and assault of a public safety officer at 2:05 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 3.
