Farmington Police: Man Violated Restraining Order at Starbucks
The man was allegedly harassing an ex-girlfriend.

A Plainville man was arrested by Farmington Police after he allegedly violated a restraining order that prevented him from visiting a Starbucks location.
Richard Luzietti, 41, was arrested Tuesday, according to police.
He allegedly violated a restraining order by being at a Starbucks and calling several times during evening hours and making threats toward employees.

The restraining order was instituted due to harassing behavior toward an ex-girlfriend who works at the location.
Luzietti was charged with three counts of second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order, two counts of second-degree threatening and one count of second-degree harassment. He was held in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
