Farmington Police Weekend Arrests Include Shoplifting, DWI
Arrests from Halloween weekend.

- Shaun Walowski, 23, of Southington was arrested Sunday and charged with interfering with an officer after he allegedly wouldn’t cooperate with police during a motor vehicle accident investigation that he was involved in, according to police.
- Leazah Abrams, 19, of New Britain was arrested Sunday and charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy for the same and second-degree breach of peace after she allegedly shoplifted from the JCPenney in the Westfarms Mall.
- Corey Cistulli, 30, of Bristol was arrested Sunday and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence and unnecessary noise after a motor vehicle stop.
- Shawn Perrin, 36, of Hartford was arrested Friday and charged with third-degree larceny after he allegedly shoplifted from Baker’s Shoes in the Westfarms Mall, according to police.
