Farmington Restaurateur Says Re-Opening, Re-Branding in January

The popular Route 4 eatery is currently closed for renovations, according to the owner.

FARMINGTON, CT — A popular Route 4 dining spot which closed abruptly last week is re-branding and will re-open in January, its owner told a local television station Thursday.

Apricots, which has operated at 1593 Farmington Avenue for more than 30 years, is currently undergoing renovations in preparation for the changes, owner Ann Howard told NBC Connecticut.

She said a back tax issue with the town is being settled.
