As of 9 a.m. Farmington had 12.25 inches of accumulation, according to the state Department of Transportation unofficial numbers.

It will continue to snow in Farmington through the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. There will be areas of fog between 1 and 4 p.m. and patchy fog after 5 p.m.
Some fog will freeze before 1 p.m.

Another three to seven inches of snow could be on its way. Wind gusts will reach speeds as high as 40 miles per hour.
Snow will slow down at night and only an additional one to two inches will fall.
