Farmington Soccer Hosting "Kick Out Hunger Night"
Fans are urged to bring a bag of non-perishable food items to Friday night's game to benefit the Farmington Food Pantry.

FARMINGTON, CT — The Farmington High School boys soccer team will be hosting Avon High School for a varsity contest at 7 p.m. Friday at Tunxis Mead Park.
The game is a "Kick Out Hunger" event - where all fans are urged to bring a bag of non-perishable food items to the game and all food will be donated to the Farmington Food Pantry.
Parent volunteers will be collecting bags at the field, and all donors will get $1 off the admission price to the game. The Farmington Athletic Department will donate all gate proceeds to the food pantry as well.

Donors are urged to bring non-perishable food items such as peanut butter, pasta, canned fruit and vegetables, and starches (rice, potatoes, etc.).
