Farmington Solarize Connecticut Deadline Ends Soon

There is still time for Farmington residents to take advantage of discount solar pricing through the Solarize Connecticut program.

Nearly 40 Farmington residents have taken advantage of the program so far, according to a release from Solarize Connecticut Farmington. The deadline to sign a contract is Oct. 7.

“When I learned that Farmington was becoming a Solarize CT town, and the town Planning Office would go through a rigorous screening process to choose a good contractor, I jumped on the opportunity. In addition, we would get a group discount on top of the state and federal programs,” said homeowner Evan Cowles in the release about his experience.

The first step in the program is to schedule a no obligation site visit in order to get a solar installation price quote. Installation costs are discounted through the program.
