Farmington Students Named National Merit Semifinalists
Local students have been named as National Merit Scholarship semifinalists.

FARMINGTON, CT — Officials from the National Merit Scholarship Corporation have announced the names of approximately 16,000 semifinalists in the 67th annual National Merit Scholarship Program, including several from Farmington High School.
The academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $30 million that will be offered next spring.
