The final vote count is meaningless to the Party Candidates because the DEM ROV and the REP ROV party endorsed candidates are appointed to the ROV offices for the coming term 2019-2020 by State Mandate regardless of the final vote count.
Box 11I contains the Petitioning Candidate running for election to the None-Party ROV Office. The final vote count is meaningful only to the Petitioning Candidate. By receiving more votes than either Party endorsed ROV appointed candidate the Petitioning Candidate will be elected to the None-Party ROV Office for the coming term.
