Immortalize Your Name, Buy A Brick For The New Farmington Town Hall
Proceeds of the town's 'buy-a-brick' campaign will benefit the Stephen A. Flis Scholarship.

FARMINGTON, CT — The Farmington 1928 Building Committee and theTown of Farmington announced earlier this month its "Buy-a-Brick" fundraiser to generate funds for the Stephen A. Flis Scholarship.
Those who "buy a brick" can immortalize their names at the new Farmington Town Hall that will rise out of the old Farmington High School building (dubbed the 1928 building for the year it was built.) A new, state-of-the-art Farmington HS building opened this school year.

Flis was Farmington’s town manager from 1955-1985.
His scholarship fund is for Farmington students who exhibit a track record of community service and are pursuing a career in public service.

Bricks will be placed by the main entrance of the renovated 1928 Building, which will serve as the new town hall. Donors may choose between a 4-inch-by-8-inch brick or an 8-inch -by 8-inch one.
