SRL, also known as Scoil Rince Luimni — “Limerick School of Dance” in Irish — was established in 2014 by Courtney Jay, TCRG, according to the studio’s website.

After studying for four years at the University of Limerick in Ireland, Jay named the academy after her Irish home.

The school describes its approach as offering “quality instruction with a modern approach to training and pacing dancers in our professional and supportive environment.”

It states that its community of families and staff helps newcomers feel welcomed and that it aims to develop dancers who are “strong in technique, passionate about their dancing, and driven to achieve their goals.”

SRL offers both recreational and competitive tracks, with opportunities for structured lessons and performances.

Those who require accommodations to attend are asked to contact the library in advance.
