Senator Murphy has co-sponsored Senator Jon Tester's Constitutional Amendment that would limit the inalienable rights of Sovereign American Citizens if they join together in most forms of Association. If two or more are gathered together because of licensing, liability, taxes, death planning, capital requirements, state or federal law / requirements, or organizational preferences, their Constitutional rights are to be stripped from them. In some cases, just a single person can be subjected to the loss of rights depending on how they have elected / been required / found it necessary to conduct their business.
The inalienable rights that Sovereign Citizens "are allowed" by the Collective to exercise individually are to be stripped from them when they engage in cooperative efforts. Wait, I thought the goal of Collectivist was to do things cooperatively [dummy only when the Collective is in control of the cooperative effort not when that cooperative effort is applied to preventing the Collective from gaining / maintaining control - get with the program].
The hubris of Senator Murphy is unbelievable. His amendment's asserts in Section 1 that he and his Progressive / Collectivist ilk know what the "people who ordain and established this Constitution intend[ed]" so people who believe otherwise should sit down shut up and do what their betters tell them to do because Murphy KNOWS what the Founders meant!
The hubris of Senator Murphy continues when contrary to long standing American tradition most eloquently noted by De Tocqueville writing in Democracy in America,
“Wherever, at the head of some new undertaking, you see the government in France, or a man of rank in England, in the United States you will be sure to find an association … As soon as several of the inhabitants of the United States have taken up an opinion or a feeling which they wish to promote in the world, they look out for mutual assistance; and as soon as they have found each other out, they combine. From that moment they are no longer isolated men.”
The presumption that this tradition and the law supporting it should be null and void, that it was not what the Founders intended, and that if Progressives / Collectivists can't make their point in open honest debate, they have the "right" to silence anyone with an opposing view, opinion, or perspective. Anyone other than a Democrat Party supporting unions because unions are a good and righteous RICO. At it's heart, isn't that what BHO's Treasury Department tried to do when they used the unchecked power of the IRS to investigate and intimidate Patriot, Tea Party, Conservative and religious groups.
And lastly the Hubris of Senator Murphy to state in Section 3 that after limiting your rights in Section 2, nothing in this amendment limits your rights. Does this truly represent the Senator's view of the intellectual capability of the Sheeple? So long as I tell you it is not limiting your rights you should believe me!
Oh and it will sell because instead of using words like association, grange, club, committee, sadality, fraternal organization [and lets be frank what they truly don't like are well funded groups like Citizens United, Freedom's Watch, Freedom Works, John Birch Society, The Heritage Foundation, The Cato Institute, American Enterprise Institute and don't forget the NRA-ILA] the Constitutional Amendment uses words like
- corporations,
- limited liability companies or
- other corporate entities
The goal of the Collectivists like Murphy is clear, create isolated men [oops politically incorrect usage even if referring back to the De Tocqueville quote] who individually are powerless to oppose the will of their betters! Powerless Sheeple turn the channel. Sovereign Citizens who are abused by their government express their displeasure by joined together in voluntary association, for example the Son's of Liberty [today members would be on a DHS Watch List targeted for increased electronic surveillance]. These Associations can do amazing things, just ask the Soldiers of the Crown who made it home from Lexington and Concord, who tried to walk up Breeds Hill or who were quartered in private homes in Boston after the Dorchester heights were fortified. Sometimes, the achievements of Sovereign Citizens acting in voluntary association can be "heard around the world". But, if Progressives are to dominate, such associations are to be prevented at all costs!
CT voted for Murphy [and Blumenthal] and to quote OWS "this is what democracy looks like" in a one party Collective! So stop disturbing the Sheeple, with your free speech [or was it hate speech] and let the Lil Woolies go back to watching Reality TV. This is too complicated for their unionized public school educated brains to manage!
