- Eric Colon, 51, of West Hartford, was charged with following too closely, evading responsibility, driving while under suspension and plate and registration violations after a crash.

- David Barr, 52, of Newington, was charged on a warrant with failure to drive in the proper lane, reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, drunken driving and interfering.
- Jason Thomas, 39, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.
