LETTER: Support for Chris Forster for State Representative

As a lifelong resident of Connecticut, and longtime resident of Farmington, it is hard for me to watch our beautiful state suffer under the current economic conditions we see every day.

With nearly half of Connecticut residents wanting to move, we have to ask ourselves why we would not seek to change direction instead. As a Farmington resident, I have seen the impact this is having in our local education and community – and I believe it is time for a change.

I am confident Chris Forster has the experience to promote an atmosphere of openness and accountability in government finances, and will support local control of our excellent school system.

And much like his opponent – Chris is also a nice guy.
