Man, 19, Exposed Himself To Women In Farmington: Police
The suspect exposed himself on two occasions — one in August and one in September, police said.

FARMINGTON, CT — A 19-year-old man has been charged by Farmington police for exposing himself to female walkers/joggers in one local neighborhood.
According to the Farmington Police Department Thursday, Alexander Smith, 19, has been charged with two counts of breach of peace and two counts of public indecency.
Police said on Aug. 20, the FPD received a complaint of a male riding on a moped exposing himself to a female who was going for a walk in the Devonwood area of Farmington.

Two weeks later, a female jogger on Judson Lane reported a similar incident from a matching description, police said.
"Thanks to information received from a citizen and a thorough investigation by the detective division the suspect was identified and an arrest warrant was issued," the FPD said in a release.

Smith was being held on a $10,000 bond.
