Man Charged With Illegally Removing Guns from Farmington Home
He entered a former relative's home and illegally took several firearms and a large capacity magazine, according to police.

FARMINGTON, CT — A New Britain man is being held on $150,000 surety bond in connection with his arrest Tuesday on a warrant.
Kyle Y. Tessada, 44, of 51 Federal Cir., New Britain, was charged with possession of a large capacity magazine, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree criminal trespass.
Lt. Patrick Buckley said the arrest stems from a domestic incident, during which Tessada unlawfully entered the residence of a former in-law in violation of a protective order.

Tessada removed firearms allegedly owned by him, thereby illegally possessing them due to the protective order, as well as an illegal large capacity magazine, Buckley said.
