Man Exposes Himself to Female Construction Workers in Farmington
Motorcycle legend Douglas Henry, who is paralyzed, admitted to the act.

A 45-year-old man is under arrest after exposing himself to female construction workers in Farmington on Tuesday.
Douglas Henry, who NBC Connecticut calls a “paralyzed motocross star” was arrested after police say he exposed his genitals to two female construction workers at a construction job on Route 4 in Farmington.
His vehicle was stopped in Harwinton and Farmington officers responded and interviewed Henry.

Henry, a Torrington resident, admitted to the act and was issued a misdemeanor summons for public indecency, and released on a $2,500.00 non-surety bond.
