Mark Blore for Board of Ed

Mark Blore's running for Board of Ed should be welcome news to the Town of Farmington.  I've known Mark for years, both through church and town activities, and am proud to consider him a good friend.  Mark's easy going nature, kindness and hard work are on display in whatever he does.   Mark's two boys are in Farmington's public school system and his wife Kris is a public school teacher in Tolland, which gives him a good understanding of the pressures and issues facing both students and teachers in Connecticut.  It's been said that one's family and private life is a measure of one's public life.  Mark's patience leadership in fathering his own children has been a strong example to me, and ensures this voter that he will do all he can to do what is right for Farmington's future.
