It will feature hundreds of automotive enthusiasts from across the country convening at The Farmington Polo Club, 152 Town Farm Road, Farmington, for an 18-mile, police-escorted journey in which drivers pair up with Dream Riders in their classic or exotic vehicles for a cruise through the Farmington Valley.

"Our Dream Riders are individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or those facing challenges from nearly every state and seven countries from across the globe," wrote the foundation in an announcement.
