Michael Daly Endorses Ed Giannaros for Zoning Board of Appeals

I am very pleased to write in support of Edward Giannaros who is running for re-election to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Edward has served on ZBA for eight years, the majority of that time as Chairman.  When he was first elected as Chairman, Edward noted that the board was operating without written by-laws.  He worked in a bi-partisan fashion to create the board’s by-laws so that everyone coming before ZBA, or serving on the board, knew the process and what to expect.

Edward comes from a family that has demonstrated, and instilled in their children, a strong sense of civic duty. He grew up in town and was educated through high school in all Farmington public schools, later earning an MBA in Finance.  He brings an informed, thoughtful, collegial style to the board showing respect for citizens who bring their concerns before ZBA.

I hope you will join me in voting for Edward Giannaros for ZBA. We need more of our young people in town to step forward and take an active role in town governance, as they are our future.
