Middlewoods of Farmington Continues “Sandwiched” Caregiver Education Series for June
Balancing the responsibilities of work, finances, family life, and caring for an aging loved one can leave you feeling “Sandwiched” and in need of support. Caregivers are invited to Middlewoods of Farmington on Monday, June 30th from 6:00 – 7:00 pm for a free caregiver education series. The topic for June 30th is entitled, “The Spiritual Aspects of Making a Move.”
Making a move to an assisted living community can be complicated…but it doesn’t have to be! Hear from Reverend Jim Stinson, Director of Spiritual Life for United Methodist Homes, and explore the important spiritual and emotional issues at work within this transitional process. Learn how to best support your loved one through this sensitive time. The program will be held at Middlewoods of Farmington Assisted Living Community at 509 Middle Road in Farmington. A light supper will be served. Be sure to “Save the Date” for new programs coming this fall…happening on the last Monday evening of the month.
