The deal covers three states.

FARMINGTON, CT - A man nicknamed the Ninja Burglar who has admitted to committing more than 100 break-ins over a decade - including an incident in Farmington - has accepted a plea deal with authorities in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Fox61 is reporting.
According to the Fox report, New York District Attorney Michael McMahon said Robert Costanzo pleaded guilty Thursday on Staten Island to three counts of burglary.
The Ninja Burgler now is facing charges that carry a 25-year prison sentence. He was one of a pair arrested for a 2014 home invasion in Farmington, in which a woman was held with a knife to her throat and robbed of tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry.
