Police: Intoxicated Farmington Man Arrested After Entering Home Without Permission

- Jesse Garrard, 22, of Farmington was arrested Dec. 27 after he was allegedly intoxicated and entered a residence without permission. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief.
- Frank Shimeld, 57, of Farmington was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance with his roommate, according to police.
- Tynima Toney, 28, of Hartford was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with sixth-degree larceny after allegedly stealing from the H&M store in the Westfarms mall.
- Willie Darby, 24, of New Britain was picked-up by Hartford police officers on Dec. 26 on an active Farmington warrant and was turned over to Farmington officers. He was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
