Register today! Middle & High School Athletes/Rowers - Winter Training Programs begin on November 14th.
Power 10 Indoor Rowing Center combines state of the art indoor rowing equipment and technology with knowledgeable and passionate rowing coaches. Our new training site will allow for all athletes to train together in one room and will be taught by Wesleyan’s Crew Coach Renee Jones. Register now to get a jump start on your training. Whether you already row or are considering rowing to keep in shape, lose weight, cross-train for another sport, compete on the water or rehabilitate from injury or surgery, rowing is the complete exercise for you. The goal of our High School Training Program is to help each athlete reach his or her long-term goals in rowing. The program is designed to focus on three main areas: 1)Technique on the Indoor Rower and Swingulator, 2) Improving Overall Fitness, and 3) Racing Strategies and Readiness. The primary goal of our Middle School Training Program is to introduce the sport of rowing to students who want to learn the basic fundamentals of the rowing stroke and improve on his/her overall fitness.
