PRESCHOOLERS AT THE GODDARD SCHOOL IN FARMINGTON TAKE STEAM LEARNING TO ALL NEW HEIGHTS

From August 1st through August 5th, The Goddard School located in Farmington along with other Goddard Schools throughout Hartford-New Haven kicked off a week-long STEAM campaign to highlight the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics while promoting the philosophy of learning through play.

During the week, preschoolers participated in hands-on, creative projects and experiments that discovered, explored and fostered imagination as well as needed skills to solve problems. Ranging in a number activities including musical note sorting, texture painting, graphing and flashlight explorations, preschoolers at The Goddard School took STEAM learning to all new heights.
