The Farmington Community Chest, a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) founded in 1931, operates under the motto “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” and funds a range of local programs.
Tickets are $50 and available online, at the Bottle Shop of Unionville, 20 S. Main St., and at the door if space allows.
“This event is about so much more than tastings; it’s about coming together as a community,” said Chris Andrews, president of the Farmington Community Chest. “When neighbors show up for each other like this, the impact reaches far beyond one night. Every ticket helps support local families, local programs, and the people who make Farmington such a special place to live.”
Organizers said the evening will also include raffle prizes, a silent auction, a “cork pull” game in which all participants win a bottle, and a drawing for a wheelbarrow filled with wine, beer, and spirits donated by vendors.
Safety measures include complimentary Uber vouchers—up to $25 each way—for attendees, funded by the Luke Roux Foundation, which is returning as the event’s designated driver sponsor.
