The colorful pumpkins will be available at Sunday's festival.
This weekend’s Unionville Festival will be filled with activities such as live music, face painting, train rides - and purple pumpkins.
The Purple Pumpkin Project will be on hand at the festival Sunday, decorating free pumpkins in purple - the color signifying epilepsy, the Hartford Courant reported.
The festival runs from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday in downtown Unionville.
