Resident Agreement
When you finally reach a decision on the community that will become the new home for you or a loved one, it is time to review the resident agreement and ask questions. Make sure you read through the lease and fully understand what is being promised in the agreement. You also want to make sure you are aware of the timing of the agreement, how long it remains in effect, and what are the terms for renewal and/or cancellation.
