Recent Achievements By Farmington College Students

FARMINGTON, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Dean College, Franklin MA

• Dean College is pleased to announce Kaylin Ozaki and Emily Turkeltaub, both of Unionville, have earned a place on the Dean's List for the fall 2019 semester. These students have demonstrated a serious commitment to their studies while at Dean College.

James Madison University, Harrisonburg VA

• James Madison University was pleased to celebrate approximately 1,000 graduates during the December Commencement ceremonies. Joseph Harrell of Farmington received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.

Southern Connecticut State University, New Haven CT

• Julie Waxler of Farmington was named to the SCSU Dean's List for the fall 2019 semester. In order for undergraduate students to qualify for the dean's list, students must complete 12.0 or more credits in fall or spring and earn a semester GPA of 3.5 or better.

Springfield College, Springfield MA

• Springfield College recognized the following students from Farmington for making the Dean's List during the 2019 fall semester: Nichole Maisto, Communication/Sport Journalism, and Carina LaBonte, Psychology. Criteria for selection to the dean's list requires that the student must have a minimum semester grade point average of 3.500 for the semester.
