Residential Units Could Join Offices At Complex In Farmington
Apartments are being explored for land next to the Pondview Corporate Center in Farmington.

FARMINGTON, CT — A residential development has been proposed by the owner of the Pondview Corporate Center in Farmington to serve as a sister property to the commercial buildings.
New York based Pond LLC has submitted an Inland Wetlands application for the 16.7-acre section that would feature about 199 residential units, Farmington Town Planner Shannon Rutherford said. The apartments would only occupy a fraction of the area.
It the proposal passes the first regulatory hurdle, it would need a zone change for residential use and then a site plan could be developed and submitted to planning authorities, she added.
