St. Patrick's Day Weekend Brings Multiple OUI Arrests in Farmington
Three were arrested on operating under the influence charges between March 14 and early Monday morning by Farmington Police.

Farmington Police arrested three people on operating under the influence charges between Saturday and early Monday morning.
- Robert Gambardella, 50, of Berlin was arrested a little after 1 a.m. on Monday and was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
- Storm Cooper, 22, of Farmington was arrested March 14 after the vehicle he was driving went off the roadway and got stuck in snow, according to police. He was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence.
- Sara Williams, 31, of West Hartford was arrested March 14 and charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey a traffic control signal and possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis-type substance.
Other arrests include:
- Jessica Horvath, 23, of Bristol was arrested March 15 and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for the same after she allegedly shoplifted from the Lord & Taylor at the Westfarms mall.
- Ricardo Riley, 19, of Hartford was arrested March 15 and charged with sixth-degree larceny after he allegedly shoplifted from the Lord & Taylor at the Westfarms mall.
- Tremaine Williams, 24, of Hartford was arrested March 14 and charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance at the Nordstrom store in the Westfarms mall.
