Authorities did not release additional details about the charges or identities involved.

Initially, the FPD reported that the mall closed early, but police later in the day on Sunday clarified that wasn't the case.

"The mall did not close; however, mall security did not allow individuals who were removed for conduct issues to return to the mall," wrote Noddin in a secondary release Sunday.

No additional incidents were reported. All remaining individuals left the property without further issue, police said.

The incident remains under investigation.
