FARMINGTON, CT — An 18-year-old from New Britain has been arrested in a stolen car case in Farmington. Marquis Rodriguez was charged on Dec. 30 with first-degree larceny and a related conspiracy in Hartford Superior Court, police said. The vehicle was valued at more than $20,000, according to an arrest report. A $50,000 bond was assigned to the case, records show.
