Vehicle Collides With School Bus In Farmington
One minor injury was sustained, and the teenage vehicle driver was ticketed for a traffic violation, according to police.

FARMINGTON, CT — A vehicle operated by a 16-year-old crashed into a school bus carrying 16 Farmington High School students Wednesday morning, and the teen driver was cited for a stop sign violation, according to police.
Around 8:30 a.m., the bus was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of New Britain Avenue and Oakridge Drive. One student was transported by ambulance for precautionary reasons to an area hospital with a minor injury. The remaining students were transferred to a different bus and transported to school, Lt. Timothy McKenzie said.
