Veteran Farmington Ad Agency Shuts Down
Former employees say the Main Street institution has closed.

One of Farmington’s most successful, long-lasting businesses has shut its doors for the final time, some former employees say.
Keiler & Company, one of the most prominent advertising agencies in the greater Hartford area for more than four decades, closed down Aug. 6, according to a report in the Hartford Courant.
The agency was located in a sprawling 1700s house at 304 Main Street; a local legend is that the house’s attic is haunted by a ghost.
