FARMINGTON, CT — Twenty-eight new businesses registered with the state in Farmington in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The most unusual entry was North American Warbow Society Inc., which registered under the civic and social organizations category at 1 Kempton Mews on July 13.

Professional and health services made up much of the rest of the list, including a mental health practice, Thompson Psychotherapy and Consultation LLC, and Khabiri Minimally Invasive Consulting, LLC, filed under the specialty hospitals category. Retail and dining saw new entries too, with Luxuralle Limited Liability Company and Prime Kitchens Limited Liability Partnership registering as a used merchandise retailer and a limited-service restaurant, respectively.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
