Varsity Lacrosse vs. Kent: L 5-17
Recap: After the long bus ride and the crazy strong winds Porter's took the field ready to play against a strong Kent team. The first half involved back-to-back possessions and big defensive stops by Sofie Brandt '19 and Kent's goalie. While Porter's was in it for much of the first half towards the end their fire dwindled and Kent began to pull away. An inability to win the draw and Kent's fierceness on ground balls lead to defeat. Belle Patalino '17 had three goals and two draw controls. Aleks Jalinskas '16 had one goal and two draw controls. Margaret Peterson '19 stepped on the field ready to play and put one away for Porter's.
