Planning Workshops for Farmington Ave Gateway
This is your opportunity to tell us what the area between the former Parson's Chevrolet and the River should look like.

Please join us and bring a friend for an upbeat, informal workshop to help all of us determine the future of this study area.
The Town of Farmington is conducting public planning workshops to create a vision for the future of the Farmington Avenue Gateway. Design Consultants have been hired to facilitate and lead these workshops. Please come, listen and share your ideas with friends and neighbors as we plan to create an attractive gateway into Town and develop a Farmington Gateway Design Plan. Once the plan is created it will be presented to the Town Plan and Zoning Commission for adoption.
There are two workshops to choose from as well as a walking tour of the study area. These workshops are offered at different times to accommodate everyone’s schedule. If your schedule allows, please consider attending a workshop and the walking tour, but it is not required.
The goal of these workshops is to hear from you- Farmington residents and businesses. Tell us what’s important to you, how should the area be developed, how should the streetscapes look, what should change and what should remain the same.? Everyone’s voice matters, no prior knowledge or experience necessary! Please join us and bring a friend for an upbeat, informal workshop to help all of us determine the future of this study area.
