It Takes 200 Hours... 
...to begin your journey to becoming an amazing yoga teacher. We are thrilled to announce Fuller Yoga is now registered with Yoga Alliance and will be offering our first among many 200 hour Primary Yoga Teacher Training this Fall 2015.
The Primary Yoga Teacher Training is made up of two Tracks. In Track 1 you will learn
anatomy as it relates to yoga; how to choose yoga postures to help students create
proper posture strength and flexibility. Time will be spent on alignment and the benefits
of various types of breathing. You will become confident leading a class, and learn how
to build class using seasonal, emotional and muscle-skeletal themes. You will understand
good sequencing and how to teach to multi-levels and mulit-generations. Track 2 will focus
on learning the business of yoga, how to promote yourself, insurance, taxes and the
pros and cons of registering with Yoga Alliance.

200 HOUR PRIMARY YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Philosophy- 
It is the primary intention of our teacher trainings to educate you on how to
teach a yoga class that is based on a learning environment. Whether you teach a
Gentle Yoga or a Heated Power Yoga class we will show you how to teach in a safe manner
that is mindful of proper alignment and respects the limitations of your students.
We will provide a non-judgmental atmosphere for you to learn and deepen your
knowledge of yoga as we encourage your growth physically, mentally and spiritually.
This 200 hour training consists of an Anatomy Weekend Workshop which is
open to the public and a requirement for the completion of Tracks 1 and 2.
Track 1
For those students or current yoga teachers who wish to learn more
about anatomy, philosophy, postures, advanced breathing techniques, alignment
and basic adjustments. Participants are welcome to take Track 1 only. If doing
so this does not meet the requirements for full teacher certification.
Track 2
For those who are serious about teaching yoga, promoting a healthy
lifestyle and wish to learn about the business of yoga, how to construct a class
to teach to various populations.
Once you complete Tracks 1 and 2 and meet the remaining requirements you will
be fully certified to teach yoga and eligible to apply for your Yoga Alliance Registration
Requirements for Certification:
Full on time attendance at all training weekends
- Attend one yoga class a week
- Completion of all homework assignment
- Complete one of the following weekend workshops, Yoga with Props, Fuller Yoga or Power Yoga
- Full participation is mandatory
The schedule for each weekend is as follows:
Fridays 5:30pm-10:00pm
Saturdays 12:30pm-9:30pm
Sundays 12:30pm - 8:30pm
