It takes longer to memorize things, we have to think a bit longer trying to recall names of friends, and it becomes more difficult to concentrate and remember details from a book we just read. So to prevent that from happening we need to do something: TRAIN OUR BRAIN. Jo Anne Harrison-Becker, MS in Gerontology and Community Psychology and Founder and CEO of Therapeutic Recreation Services will this workshop and teach participants 25 ways to develop a training regimen for your brain!
