2nd Sex Assault Charge for Former Glastonbury Restaurant Owner
A man is accused of sexually assaulting a second woman at a now-closed Glastionbury restaurant

GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury police have arrested a man for a second time for sexually assaulting a woman at the restaurant he once owned in town. Police said they are also looking for other potential victims.
Julian Rodriguez, 38, was charged on Friday with first-degree sexual assault on someone mentally incapacitated, police said. Police released the details of the case Sunday night.
He is accused of have intercourse with a woman who was unable to provide consent at the now-closed Jalisco Mexican Grill and Cantina in Glastonbury, which he owned, police said. He was assigned a $50,000 bond and is due in court on Dec. 6, police said.

In September, Rodriguez was accused of inviting a woman back to the establishment and sexually assaulting her while she was passed out, police said.
He was charged with first-degree sexual assault for the alleged incident, police said.

Police said they are looking at possibly more victims and said anyone who has had a similar encounter with Rodriguez can call them at 860-633-8301.
