Saturdays Jan. 16th - Feb. 20th 12:20-1:30pm

If you have low back pain, feel out of shape or would like to have a stronger core this series is for you.
Learn the 6 basic pilates principles such as control, precision and breathing.
You will learn all of the beginning mat exercises and feel stronger with every class.
No prior knowledge of Pilates is required to get those muscles moving shaking!
