6wk Intro to Yoga with Nicole

Saturdays 11am - 12pm Sept 17 - Oct 29 (no class Oct 8)

This class is for people who are new to yoga and those looking to deepen their practice. You will learn the names and proper alignment of the basic postures used in our weekly yoga classes. Understanding breathing techniques and their benefits will be practiced and discussed. Advanced registration is required to insure we spend adequate time with each student. Class fee includes your own personal yoga mat for you to take home. Please wear comfortable clothing with no buttons, zippers or belts that may move freely.
