GLASTONBURY, CT — As Glastonbury police broke up a large gathering of vehicles last week, one of the participants wound up with charges, an arrest report indicates.

According to the report, at 11:30 p.m. on July 25, officers responded to a large group of vehicles beginning to gather in the area of Highland Park market, an arrest report indicates.

While officers were dispersing the gathering, a 22-year-old East Hartford man in one of the cars became uncooperative with officers after it was determined that his vehicle was not properly registered, according to an arrest report. .
