GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury's housing market remained robust throughout July, with buyers continuing to pay premium prices for homes across the community, according to recently sold listings posted onZillow.

Sales ranged from $373,000 for a condominium to $1.45 million for a luxury home on Country Lane, with numerous properties selling for $700,000 or more.

The July sales are consistent with broader housing trends in Glastonbury. Zillow reported the town's typical home value at approximately $572,700 as of the end of June, an increase of 6.2 percent over the previous year. Homes were going under contract in about six days, and more than 71 percent of sales closed above the asking price during the spring market.

Overall, July demonstrated Glastonbury's continued strength as one of central Connecticut's highest-priced housing markets, with multiple seven-figure sales and sustained demand across nearly every price segment.
