Accused 71-Year-Old Tire Thief Arrested On Warrant In Glastonbury

GLASTONBURY, CT — A 71-year-old man from Hartford is accused of stealing tires at a auto dealership is Glastonbury.

On Aug. 13, the man surrendered on an active warrant at the Glastonbury Police Department, according to an arrest report. The warrant has charged him with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree, according top an arrest report.

The charges stem from an incident in December, during which the man was involved in a theft of tires from Langan Volkswagen, according to an arrest report.
